The Mortgage Direct Mail Campaign conducted in partnership with Borns Group was successful for a number of reasons. Targeting – good segmentation of our member’s data. Frequency – targeted members received multiple mailings. Effective Creative – customized messaging and images were incorporated into the mailings. Timing – mortgage rates were at historical lows. Full Integration – the graphics were incorporated into the lobby signage, take ones, statement inserts, website, name tag stickers and the electronic newsletter. With all successfully incorporated into the promotion, the right message was received by the right audience at the right time leading to what our credit union considered to be the right outcome.
